Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases in the Lustio online shop. The shop has not opened yet. We publish the terms in advance so you can read them before we start selling.

Seller and age limit

The seller is Ekovital Norden AB, Bolmensvägen 13, 120 50 Årsta, Sweden. Company number 559588-0187, VAT number SE559588018701, email support@lustio.eu.

You must be 18 or older to buy from us. By placing an order you confirm that you are.

Prices and VAT

All prices include VAT. The VAT rate follows the country the order is delivered to, under the EU rules on distance selling to consumers.

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Shipping is shown separately before you confirm the order.

Payment

Payment is handled by our payment provider. Which payment methods are available depends on your country and is shown at checkout.

We never receive or store your card details ourselves.

Delivery

We deliver to EU countries. The shipping price and delivery time for your country are shown at checkout before you pay.

The whole order ships in one parcel, in plain packaging.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase, counted from the day you received the goods. Email support@lustio.eu and we will send you return instructions.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery. This follows from article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU and chapter 2, section 11(5) of the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. The hygiene seal is clearly marked, and as long as it is unbroken you can still withdraw.

You pay the return shipping unless we say otherwise. You are liable for any reduction in value if you have handled the goods more than was necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

Model withdrawal form

You do not have to use this form. An email to support@lustio.eu saying that you want to withdraw is enough. The form is here so that it is easy to find.

If something is wrong with the goods

If the goods are faulty you may complain for three years under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Tell us as soon as you discover the fault. A complaint made within two months is always in time.

If you live in another EU country you keep the mandatory protection of your own country's consumer law where it gives you more.

Email support@lustio.eu and describe the fault, ideally with a photo.

If we disagree

If you are still not satisfied you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, arn.se. We follow the board's recommendations.

If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help you with a cross-border dispute.

Governing law

Swedish law applies to the purchase. If you are a consumer living in another EU country you still keep the protection that is mandatory under the law of your home country, under article 6 of the Rome I Regulation.
