Data controller

Ekovital Norden AB, Bolmensvägen 13, 120 50 Årsta, Sweden, company number 559588-0187, is the data controller. You can reach us at support@lustio.eu.

What we collect

When you sign up for our launch email we store:

• your email address
• the language and market you signed up from
• the consent text you accepted, its version and when you accepted it
• a hashed version of your IP address
• your browser's user agent

We do not store your IP address in the clear. The hash uses SHA-256 with a secret key, and exists only so we can stop abuse of the form.

Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent, article 6(1)(a) GDPR. We use the data to email you when the shop opens, and after that about news and offers.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can always write to support@lustio.eu.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe. If we have not sent you anything for 24 months we delete it anyway.

Who else sees the data

We never sell your data. We use processors for hosting the site and for the database, and they only process the data on our instructions.

Once we have chosen an email tool we will name it here, along with where the data is processed, before we start using it.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to the processing, to ask us to restrict it and to receive your data in a machine-readable format. Email support@lustio.eu and we will help you.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm, Sweden, imy.se, or to the supervisory authority in your own country.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies for statistics, advertising or analytics, and we run no tracking scripts. That is why you see no cookie banner.

There is one cookie, and it is strictly necessary. Our team uses it to preview the site before it opens, and it is only set if someone on the team opens a preview link.
